My background

I am a highly driven organizer with a strong background in campaign design, leadership development, and team building.As an organizer with IfNotNow, I organized multiple new chapters from scratch, built effective local leadership teams, and developed volunteers who went on to become leaders in the national organization.I've designed and led trainings, summits, and strategic planning retreats. I've conceived and directed countless direct actions and campaign arcs. I was an architect on two highly impactful national campaigns, and helped local leaders develop their own local campaign arcs.Now, I coach and support other leaders stepping into the great unknown.
